Happy Friday

This is Joji’s Boxy Raglan Cardi (pattern purchased on Ravelry).

This boxy cardigan is worked from the top-down in one piece at a super friendly gauge of 13 sts!

This design has a raglan sleeve, which means that you need to place markers, and you’ll be making increases on both sides of them to make room for the body and the sleeves.

I designed this pattern for a very fluffy worsted weight yarn that actually knits up as a bulky one… But it is very easy to substitute, make sure you check out the notes below under the MATERIALS section.

I think that Rowan Brushed Fleece would be a great yarn for the cardigan. The yarn knits to the correct tension and it is very lightweight. It feels like a cloud when you are wearing it.

A perfect choice for warming winter knits, Brushed Fleece has a gentle halo and soft marl colour effect that combines beautifully with its palette of soft neutrals and richer shades. Due to its chunky finish Brushed Fleece is quick to knit, but it's very much a lightweight yarn that's easy to wear and super cosy thanks to its blend of alpaca, wool and polyamide.
Have you entered to win the kit to make the Killer Queen Cowl? Read back through my posts to see the details. We’ll be drawing the winner’s name on February 2nd.

Happy Friday. The store will be open again tomorrow at 11am.
