Colour Play

Mr. Canada Post delivered a box from Lynda this morning with a gorgeous shawl.
We knit Churchmouse’s Color Play Mohair Wrap with Rowan’s new Kidsilk Haze Colour.

We used colour 01, 04, 07 and 08.

Made with a double strand of a favorite lace-weight mohair and silk blend, you'll have fun playing with color, mixing with ombré shading, or crossing the color wheel for graphic punch. For the wrap, we played with four softly self-striping colorways—sometimes with themselves, sometimes with each other—so no two pieces will ever be alike. You'll just have to make another one.

Here are all the colours of Kidsilk Haze Colour.
The four colours we used in our shawl.
These are the other four colours and I think they would make a beautiful shawl.

I will get more pictures of the shawl tomorrow. As I went outside Mr. UPS came with two big boxes. I was so excited to see him that I snapped a few pictures and then ran back into the store. Lynn and I are quickly unpacking so I can update the website.
Spincycle - the website is updated.
Addi needles, Crazy Zauberball and Starke 6 - I forgot the paperwork so I will update these tomorrow.
Mr. Canpar came at 5pm with the Lantern Moon needles. I have the sets online and will get the tips and cords up tomorrow.
Sheep tape measures are back in stock.

Rowan had this picture on Instagram. The four new colours of Big Wool. This is very close to what the colours look like in real life. Now you can see the colour of my vest.

It’s Survivor night so I need to run.
