Crazy Beautiful Club

Joji Locatelli has a new pattern. Sewing Seeds of Love can be purchased on Ravelry.

This wrap is made in 4 pieces.
First you will make the two long pieces which are joined to make the main body of the wrap, then the lacy chevrons are added to finish the piece.

Sowing Seeds of Love is the name of a wonderful song by Tears for Fears.
The more I worked on this wrap, the more it made me think of green and golden fields. Neat and geometric. I asked myself ‘what would I sow in them?’
And then I just couldn’t think of any other name for this wrap.
Sorry for the ear worm!

The shawl is knit in 5 colours of fingering weight yarn.

Our shipment from Emma’s Yarns is leaving Florida tomorrow and we should see it early next week.

Our most favorite part of every single month is creating a new, exclusive colorway for our Crazy Beautiful Club!

March 2023... Spring is in the air…. or at least that is what we are hoping for this month! We dyed the perfect transition colorway…. a soft, springy, “Sprout”-y, green

March 2023 is available online for preorder. There are 12 skeins in the box and when they sell out we can’t get anymore.

I have added the new colours of Practically Perfect Sock and Suri Silk for preorder.

There was a mistake in yesterday’s post about Tweed Haze. I had the right day of the week but not the correct date.

From now until next Sunday (March 12th) at 8pm we are offering Tweed Haze for 25% off. Enter the code Sarah at check out. Please note that the yarn will show up at the regular price when you place it in your cart. After you accept our terms and continue to the checkout you can enter the code (Sarah) and the discount will appear.

Lucy is having surgery on her eye tomorrow morning. The surgery is being done at Yonge and Danforth in downtown Toronto. Dad and Beth will be on the road at 5:30am and who knows when they can go back for Lucy. Please keep Lucy in your thoughts tomorrow.
