In Rowan Magazine 72 we celebrate 20 years of Kidsilk Haze! This iconic yarn has been a mainstay in the Rowan range for two decades and remains a firm favourite with knitters all over the world. To mark the occasion, they have introduced 39 new shades, creating a true paintbox palette, which is explored in the main magazine story Kidsilk Haze Celebration. Your favourite Rowan designers bring a beautiful collection, photographed against the statuesque backdrop of a grand stately home.
The second story, Texture In Nature, continues with the celebratory theme, this time championing British yarn, Moordale. Lisa Richardson’s classic autumn winter collection delivers in both style and practicality, with timeless nature-inspired designs which will transcend the autumn winter seasons. This British yarn is truly at home in the Yorkshire countryside, the backdrop to this beautiful story.
Rowan Magazine 72 is available for preorder on our website. The magazine will be available on September 1st.
Rowan is introducing 39 new colours of Kidsilk Haze on September 1st. I didn’t make a mistake. 39 colours. We have no clue where they will go but I ordered them all. I will show the rest of the colours throughout the week.
I received a surprise email this afternoon. Floops are on the way to us. We could see them on Wednesday afternoon.
The floops Flox multi-tool!
Stitch Marker! Cable needle! Stitch holder! Dropped stitch fixer! Small seam baster! Our customers keep coming up with more uses.
As traditional stitch markers they slip effortlessly from needle-to-needle.
As locking/removable markers they slip easily into your stitch - you can even work it one-handed! No need to put down your project.
There are two different sets of Stitch Markers. The only difference is the thickness of them. Standard or Skinny.
They are on the website for you to preorder.I was home early to bake (4 dozen cookies, 2 batches of brownies, 2 batches of lemon squares and a dozen muffins) and now it’s time for more muffins. Dad has a big pour on Wednesday and if dad doesn’t show up with baking then the men won’t work. It has become a tradition and because of the treats dad gets the best guys from all the sub trades.
