Thanks Rowan for the free pattern

Everyone loves a free pattern. This is called Belle and was designed by Lisa Richardson. Download the pattern here…

The cardigan is knit in Rowan’s new yarn Kidsillk Haze Colour. We have 8 colours in stock.

Kidsilk Haze Colour is the next generation of a much-loved yarn. Like its sister yarn, it is a dreamy blend of kid mohair and soft silk and is as light as air. The palette of stunning, shades gently blends through washes of colour, creating a stunning almost watercolour effect.

This morning I did an order with Della Q. More Scissor Pockets are on the way. All colours should be coming including Petal.
Cute and compact, the new Maker’s Scissor Pockets are the perfect addition to the della Q Canvas Collection. Made to match all current colors our newest accessory comes in a V-shaped holder made of canvas and genuine leather, features an antique brass snap closure, and includes a pair of black scissors for easy, on the go making!

We had some fun this afternoon when the power went out for about 1/2 hour. A doozy of a storm hit. Rain and hail and wind. Yarn shopping in the dark isn’t easy. Checking out customers with no power doesn’t work very well.

Boscoe has found his seat on the deck. The benches are the perfect length for him. Beth took the dogs to the dog park early this morning and they were tired. Jackson wouldn’t come outside - he doesn’t like the heat.
Jackson had puppy school today. This is where the dogs go during the week. Jackson loves being king of the castle but his favourite spot is underneath the structure.
If they can’t find him this is the first place they look.
Someone is tall enough to rest their head on the table.

The mustang has been to the mechanic and is in tip top shape. I forget how much fun it is to drive with the top down. Thankfully I saw the dark clouds approaching and got the top up before the rain started.

It’s time to make a tea and move to the knitting chair. Hockey is starting soon. I need to get working on my cowl. Lynn is about to cast off.
