Happy Saturday

What a beautiful day. It would be nice to see weather like this for the next few months. Cool at night for sweaters. Not overly warm during the day for shawls.

Here are the new colours of Noro Kureyon. This is #90.

I’m using these photos on the website. I think they show the colours better than the swatches that we have there now. The original swatches were good but the new swatches are blurry. I’m a bit anal about the website so I will have to photograph all the colours to match these but that is a tomorrow problem.
#154 - this is the first picture that I took - I need to redo it to match the others.

I put together 20 balls for a Log Cabin Afghan. If you order a kit online you will receive an assortment of colours like this. A mix of brights and not so bright.

You can see the variation of colours in Cathy’s Log Cabin Afghan. Some bright. Some light. Some dark.

We made a store sample of the afghan using just one colour. We used 20 balls and all the squares are slightly different. The colour I used has been discontinued but the new #150 would look great.
If you want to do a one coloured Log Cabin and we don’t have enough of the colour you would like, please email and if it’s an available colour we can order for you.

This is the Beatrice top from Blue Sky Fibers. It is knit in Skinny Cotton that was just added to the website at a discount.
