Tornado Warning

Mary sent pictures today of the sweater she just completed for her son. That is a lot of knitting and the sweater is stunning!!! There is nothing better than a fully cabled sweater.

This is the Apollo Sweater designed by Martin Storey. No one does cables like Martin.
The sweater is in the Rowan Magazine Union and is knit with Soft Yak DK. Mary - thank you very much for sharing. You should be proud.

It looks like the store has been hit by a tornado. There are bags and boxes everywhere. We received 3 more shipments today and we’re working like crazy to get everything put away. I also decided that we needed new displays throughout the store.
Roan DK from Primrose has been restocked.
We have new colours and the website has been updated. The colour behind the Roan sign is new. Then the whole row below the sign are new. There is a true black now.
This shawl is a favourite of mine that is knit with 6 colours of Rowan Felted Tweed. It was put away in the back because we didn’t have anywhere to display it. All of our brand new garments are going to Camp so some of my older garments are coming out.
The Shift has moved close to the Dyed in the Wool. Pictures were hard because this is in a hallway.

Woolstok has a display at the front door.
Beth is coming in tomorrow for training. I think she will be okay checking customers out. She might have a hard time finding yarn. We have bags of yarn hidden everywhere.
