Colour Combinations

This is Wind Chill from Laura Aylor (pattern purchased on Ravelry).

Barbara Walkers Portcullis stitch gives the appearance of crochet to this chunky cowl. The cowl is worked flat with shaping and then seamed in the back. It can be worked in one color, two colors, or many colors. Check out the test knits for examples.

Laura used Cascade 220 Grande - we have Cascade 220 Superwash Grande in stock. I don’t own the pattern yet but I think you will be able to do this in whatever thickness you want - you will have to play with your needles and how many stitches you cast on.
