It’s been a while since I last published a One Skein Wonder pattern. They’re always a favorite.
Storm uses just one skein of precious fingering weight yarn. It features dramatic dropped stitches and short rows that give this pattern a de-constructed look while also giving you a bigger shawl with the same yardage.
I knit Lilli Pilli in tosh sock and Cathy knit it in Mrs. Crosby Train Case. It is a beautiful shawl and really fun to knit. The garter sections are your non thinking rows. The lace pattern is easy to follow. I would highly recommend this pattern to all levels of knitters.

Lilli Pilli is a beautiful Australian plant whose deep magenta berries inspired the colors of this shawl.
Worked on the bias, in three fun colors; two striped together contrasted with a third for the lace sections. Lilli Pilli is fun to knit, and works up big and cozy. There are so many ways to use color in this project ― let your stash out to play!Purchase the pattern for Lilli Pilli on Ravelry.
Lynn has been working like crazy on her Guthrie. She tried it on today to see how many more rows she needs to knit before starting the ribbing. I think about 10 rows is all she needs. She is knitting with Hedgehog Merino DK in Graphite and Oracle.
Beth is at a golf tournament and I hope she gets home soon. Tonight is eviction night on Big Brother. I know. How can I watch that show? It's the train wreck that you can't turn away from.
