Bunnies

Diana came in with a brand new sweater. It looks great and fits her beautifully.
Diana hasn't been a fan of sweaters - they take too long, they don't fit... Now she's a believer.  So much so that she bought yarn for another sweater.

The pattern is called Newleaf (purchased on Ravelry). Diana used Rowan Felted Tweed for the body and Spincycle Dyed in the Wool for the yoke.

Bunny just arrived. It is a new yarn from Sirdar that makes the cutest baby outfits. The yarn is super soft.

It is 100% nylon that you can wash in the machine but it should be laid out to dry.

We have two bunnies that live under our back deck. They love to snack on flowers in our garden. We've watched them on their hind legs reaching up for the flowers so we are taking a new approach. Beth bought a bag of carrots for the bunnies. Every night we throw another one out and hopefully this will satisfy them.

I did not finish my Nightshift. I'm moving to the knitting chair now.

Carrots are not particularly good for bunnies- too much sugar. Carrot tops are good though. How about a little live and let live? We have bunny traffic in our yard as well, and have learned to enjoy them. Their lives are hard enough as it is. Cheers!

Thanks Kim. We thought we were doing a good thing feeding them carrots. We will try the carrot tops.

My neighbor feeds the bunnies “bunny pellets” he buys at the pet store. It certainly worked for him. He feeds them year round and they leave the shrubs alone in the winter also!
