We have great news. Beth brought dad home from the hospital this morning. They are at home watching golf sleeping. Dad was in good spirits when I talked to him this morning. He is going to stay with us for now. Last night Beth and I got the guest room ready for him. We moved in a huge TV (HUGE) so he can watch his own shows while we are watching downstairs. He complained about the small TV in the hospital - there better not be any complaints now 😀. The dogs were very excited to see him.
I’m really early today. I started this post last night but didn’t have time to finish it. I have a bit of time in the store today so I’m doing it now. Just in case things are busy at home tonight which I think they will be.

I'm so happy to hear that your dad is home. I feel as if I know him just a little bit through your blog, and have been hoping he will continue to make a good recovery. My youngest daughter is currently in the final practicum for her Speech and Language Pathologist program, working primarily with stroke patients in an Ontario hospital (though not in your area), and I've thought of your dad whenever she shares her experiences with us.
