King Salmon

Lynn started a new project last week.

This is King Salmon (pattern purchased on Ravelry). Lynn is knitting the sweater with Baa Ram Ewe Donegal Twists in colours 616 and 617.

Here is a close up so you can see the subtle tweed in the yarn.

Linda dropped by today wearing her latest Ooey Gooey Cowl. This time she used Jackie O Suri Silk with Eleventh Hour Dyed in the Wool. We are out of Jackie O (someone purchased it this morning) but more will be coming at the end of March. Another option is Whisper.

Mr. FedEx dropped off 5 boxes of Rowan. Lynn and I hustled and all the preorders for Rowan Magazine 79 packed and out today.

They pack the books well so they don’t arrive damaged but it takes a bit to get to the box.

Lynn got most of the yarn put away and I worked on the website. All the new yarns are up now.

I brought home dinner then had a quick nap. My sweater is almost dry. Probably tomorrow. Now it’s time for a movie and knitting.
