I was awake early again this morning.
This was 6:20am as we were getting close to Aruba.
When I got off the ship I took a cab to Palm Beach. There were others in the cab who were going to the lighthouse so we went there first. I should have jumped out for a few pictures. These were from the drive back. It was a bit of a desert area with cactus everywhere.
Palm Beach has all the expensive hotels. The area was beautiful.
I had lunch at On The Rocks. The food was great if you’re ever in Aruba.
The piano player was in the elevator when I left dinner. He wasn’t as good as the ones I’ve seen on other ships but it’s still fun to ride with him.
We’re here until 10:30pm so the ship is only half full. I spent a great afternoon at the pool reading a book. No knitting today. And my post doesn’t have knitting content because I’m writing fast so I can go see the aqua show.
I’m sorry to say that I’m sitting in a tshirt because the weather is beautiful. Have a good evening and I’ll try to add knitting content tomorrow.
