I’m so excited for this new magazine from Rowan. Kaffe Fassett designs in new colours of Felted Tweed and Kidsilk Haze. The patterns are so bright and cheery.
In a vibrant and rich curated palette by renowned designer Kaffe Fassett, this collection of eight designs showcases new shades of Felted Tweed and Kidsilk Haze in Kaffe’s signature style. With simple shapes and accessories, these pieces let the striking geometric patterns and vibrant color combinations take center stage, celebrating colorwork knitting.
I have a new order in with Rowan hoping to receive the magazines before the launch on Wednesday. The yarn might not make it but everyone loves a new magazine to look at.
The new colours are amazing! Felted Tweed and Kidsilk Haze have been in Rowan’s yarn line for many, many years and are very popular.
Thee is something about this sweater that is calling my name. It is knit from sleeve to sleeve in Intarsia.
Thank you Kaffe for these beautiful designs.
Here is a video from Very Pink Knits demonstrating how to knit Intarisa. It is a technique that designers have moved away from lately.
Now it’s time for some football and knitting. It’s hard to believe that it is October - the weather today was amazing!
