Joji Locatelli has a new pattern. This is the Elton Tee and you can purchase the pattern on Ravelry.
Inspired by previous versions of Elton (Cardigan and Pullover), this top features the same simple stripes, alternating yarn in 2 different weights, fingering and lace weight mohair.
The difference with previous versions are: a V-neck shape, less positive ease, and a smaller gauge to adapt to the lovely silk yarn used in this sample.
The sweater is knit with a fingering weight yarn and a lace weight mohair/silk blend.
Today is Beth’s birthday. It’s actually been a birthday weekend for her. They were home from the cottage early on Saturday. She’s picked our meals and received lots of treats and presents. Tonight I’m making steak, baked potatoes and beans for dinner. One of her favourites. Buying presents for her is hard because you ask her what she wants and she doesn’t have a list. I’m the complete opposite - I can give them a list a mile long 😘 I was able to surprise her with things she had casually mentioned over the past few months so that was good.
Birthday dinner. Then we had some ice cream. Now it’s time for a bit of knitting before bed.
