Laura Dobratz (Emma’s mom) has a new cowl pattern. You can purchase the pattern for the N+1 on Ravelry.
The number of cowls a person should own can be represented by the equation “N+1”, “N” being the number of cowls you own at any given time… you always need one more!
The N + 1 Cowl showcases a delightfully simple slip stitch pattern that looks impressive but is a breeze to knit. It’s worked flat , then connected to form a long loop that can be worn long or doubled up around the neck for cozy warmth. Use a color shifting yarn for extra fun or 2 (or more) contrasting colors (perhaps in college or team’s colors).
Yarn
(1) Emma’s Yarn So Sporty, 100% superwashed Merino wool, 328 yards/ 100g. And
(1) Spincycle Dyed in the Wool, 100% superwashed American wool, 200 yards/ 100g.
or2 contrasting colors sport weight yarn.
We have great colours of So Sporty in stock. If you choose to use Dyed in the Wool for your contrast we have 80 colours in stock.
You can also use Starke 6 for your contrast colour.

I will try and make it into the store by noon tomorrow. It will depend on how much snow we receive and if it’s followed by freezing rain.
