A while ago I mentioned that Rowan was going to have free patterns on their website for garments in Kidsilk Haze Stripe. Two garments are up.

And then the surprise. There is a book for Kidsilk Haze Stripe. I just found this out on Friday while on Ravelry. The book is ordered but I won't know until next week when we will be receiving in.

The Kidsilk Haze Stripe Collection exclusively using Rowan's new Kidsilk Haze Stripe yarn (colours by Kaffe Fassett). This colourful collection of 8 simple and easy to wear designs by Marie Wallin, Lisa Richardson & Kaffe Fassett allows the inherent beauty of this yarn to shine. 6 Patterns will be available in the brochure
Misty - in the pattern book
This beautifully simple scarf is knitted in two colours of Kidsilk Haze Stripe allowing two different colours to work together to give a unique finished garment.
Freya - in the pattern book
Knit this loose fit ladies sweater with cowl neck detail. This garment knitted in double yarn giving the colour transitions a softer effect.
Belle - in the pattern book
Knit this ladies cardigan in stocking stick with moss stitch border. This simple garment allows the inherent beauty of the yarn to shine
I want the book NOW!

We had lots of laughs last night. The night ended early (okay, earlier than it used to) and we were all ready to go by 10pm. In the good old days we were just leaving home to go out at that time. I can remember getting ready to leave the house and my dad asking what was going on. We couldn't make him understand that you didn't show up anywhere earlier than that.
