Liz Stole

Lorraine (cdninswe on Ravelry - take a look at her work - it's amazing) knit this awesome stole for me. Right now it's hanging in the store but at some time it's coming home with me.
Pattern is called Liz Stole - by Dee O'Keefe - purchased on Ravelry
The stole took 3 skeins of Mimi Print from Lotus Yarns

Mimi Print (we have it in solids too) is 100% mink. 300m on a 50 gram skein.
Here are a few notes from Lorraine
Amazing yarn -
It felt surprisingly unsoft in the skein but softens up with winding and knitting….really ethereal when its knitted up - and whispy when blocked!!!
Amazing pattern - from Dee O’Keefe.
Julie selected the pattern.
I had to make some modifications to the original pattern in order to keep to the three skeins Julie provided.
Chart A - reduced from 15 to 10 repeats
Chart F - omitted rows 21 to 31
Had less than 5g of yarn left at the end
Blocked to a length of 90 inches tip to tip
I am so thrilled with the finished stole. We talked about a lot of patterns but something about Liz called to me. And the yarn is fabulous. There is a haze to it now that it is blocked. And it's so soft.

Thank you Lorraine! I love it.

We have the following colours in stock right now. The yarn is hand dyed so each time we receive a shipment the colours can be a bit different.

 14 Coffe Latte
 9 Flamenco
12 Star Gaze (the colour of my stole)
 15 Rain Forest
 1 Costa Rica
11 Oceans
