Alpine Bloom Hat

Last year I knit the Alpine Bloom hat (pattern purchased on Ravelry) for Beth. It was a super fun knit and a great project for you to learn or practice Stranded (also referred to as Fair Isle) knitting. 

I put together some new combinations today. Now I need to figure out where to put the kits. They’ve been hiding. Here is a link to the kits on the website.

We used Madelinetosh Woolcycle Sport and Spincycle Dyed in the Wool. Woolcycle Sport is currently on sale which makes the kit for Alpine Bloom $78.40. This will get you 2 hats with enough Woolcycle left over to make a third hat.

Now it’s knitting time. Framed is also stranded knitting. I’m 1/3 of the way through the back (after the armhole shaping). Hopefully the charts will be finished before the weekend.
