Log Cabin Afghan

I've started a heading at the top of the page that says Ancaster Community Food Drive. We'll be updating the contents of the gift basket on that page as more yarn, books and accessories arrive.

The Needle Emporium is donating a prize for the second name drawn. A kit to make the Log Cabin Afghan.

Mr. FedEx visited this afternoon with the new Evolution kits.

Diana has been busy knitting. She finished this pretty scarf for us over the weekend.

Pattern: Medialuna Shawl (purchased on Ravelry)
Yarn: one ball of Freia Shawl Ball

Making this into a shawl is very easy - you need two balls. They can be the same colour (working in the opposite direction to get stripes) or you can use two different colours. One ball for the background and one ball for the stripes.

I have a bit of accounting to do and then back to my Ambah MKAL. I've finished the first section of Clue 2.
