Everyday Socks

Lynn was proud of herself this morning. She finished her first sock using magic loop. She's made many pairs on double pointed needles and decided that if Beth can magic loop then she can too.

Pattern: Hermione's Everyday Socks (free on Ravelry)

Yarn: 1 skein of Mrs. Crosby Train Case in the colour Bahama Woodstar

Today's tosh colour is Kilim. Bright and cheery on this sunny day.

My dad's biggest pet peeve about our house is the mess outside. We had this awful pile of dirt in our front yard. This morning he handed the guy back filling the house beside us a few dollars and the pile is gone. He will be happy when he goes by the house this afternoon.
It's much later and he's home for the day - golf is on so he made some excuse that mom needed him???? I got the phone call "The house looks so much better with the pile of dirt gone". I knew he'd be happy.

I'm moving along on Follow Your Arrow. Row 9 10 of 24 on the border clue. Almost there. It's time to start thinking about what's next.
