Ingrid

This is the Ingrid Pullover from Petiteknit. You can purchase the pattern on Ravelry.

The Ingrid Slipover is worked from the top down in a knit and purl texture pattern. First, the back yoke is worked back and forth and the sloping shoulders are shaped using short rows. Then stitches are picked up and knitted for the shoulders, which are worked separately and then joined to form the front yoke. The front and back yoke are joined at the underarms to form the body, which is worked straight down in the round. Rib edges are worked along the armhole openings and at the neck. The Ingrid Slipover is worked in a texture pattern, which consists of three different pattern sections, each one separated by an eyelet section.

The pattern calls for a dk weight and a lace but you can use a worsted weight single strand.

It’s terrible when you are knitting along and suddenly notice that little stitch you dropped a few rows back. Never fear, Cocoknits to the rescue! I created a two-ended hook tool which makes it easier to pull a stitch up in garter or seed or any pattern with alternating knit and purl rows.

The new colours of Akari arrived this afternoon. I’m sitting down with the hockey game on trying to update the website. For some reason I can’t log in to add the photos to the colours. Technology is great when it works. Here are the colours

I will get pictures of the actual balls tomorrow and update the website.

Beth and Jackson are at school and Boscoe isn’t very good at changing channels between the baseball and hockey game. I’m moving to the knitting chair with my knitting, my tea and the converter.
