Shipping Update

Zara is Isabell Kraemer’s newest sweater. The pattern is available on Ravelry.
Zora is worked seamlessly from the top down.
The yoke is shaped by using a modified version of the contiguous set-in sleeves method developed by Susie Myers. Starting with the cast-on of the saddle shoulders and the back, the yoke is worked back and forth with increases for the front(s), the back and the saddle(s), respectively sleeves and V-neck until the V-neck shaping is complete. From there, the yoke is worked in rounds to sleeve and body separation. At underarm, the sleeve stitches are placed on hold and the underarm stitches are cast on using your preferred method. Then the body is worked in rounds to the folded hem. The folded V-neck finishing is worked next. Sleeve stitches are then picked up again to work the sleeves top down in rounds to the folded cuffs.

The sweater is knit in fingering weight yarn.

I hope everyone has a happy Saturday. I’m back to knitting on my Temperature Blanket. Right now I’m 34 days behind. I need to get moving because I’ll be into the pretty pinks and purples soon.

Update about shipping

Due to the impending Canada Post strike we will not be able to ship to a PO Box. You will need to include a street address for your purchase.

Most of our parcels are shipped out by UPS or Purolator. If you live in a very rural/remote area the cost to ship by UPS or Purolator may be very expensive.  We will try and find a cheaper courier but if that isn’t an option, we will reach out to you to discuss the cost before your order is sent.
