Here are some new patterns we have in the store. All are knit out of sock yarn. What a great way to use some Tanis Purple Label Cashmere sock, Prism Yarns Saki, madelinetosh tosh sock and tosh merino light.
Daybreak from Westknits
Daybreak is a semicircular shawl featuring clear, graphic stripes that echo a rising sun. The generous wingspan allows the fabric to drape comfortably around your shoulders and neck. There is plenty of room to play with color in the three sections of this

Contorno from indigirlClockwork is an enjoyable striped garter stitch shawl/scarf, perfect for featuring two beautiful colors of yarn. Bold slipped stitch columns add structural interest while increases give this gear-inspired design a unique arched shape. Picking colors is always the hardest part, but have fun and be prepared to make a striking statement.Finished Measurements: 10″ / 25cm wide from CO to BO, 92″ / 234cm from tip to tip along BO edgeYarn: Fingering weight

Color B: 275 yds
Spice up any outfit with a side-dish of Italian-inspired color. The Contorno wrap uses three unique colorways of handpainted yarn to create instant drama and flair. Worked in garter stitch stripes, the wrap begins with a dramatic ripple worked lengthwise. Then, short row shaping pulls it all together into a gentle, lengthwise curve with tapered ends. In Italian, “Contorno” has two meanings. In cooking, it’s a dish to accompany the main course. But I find its second definition, contour, works just as perfectly.

Later this evening there will be another post for the Feature of the Week.
Great projects. I have lots of sock yarn right now. I want to make some things that aren't socks for a change. ;)
