Torzal has arrived

Ms. UPS dropped in this afternoon with our Torzal.

I brought home three skeins to cast on a Shift. I’m going to knit it on a 3.5mm needle. The pattern calls for 3.75mm but to my eyes the Torzal is thinner than Dyed in the Wool.

This is a cowl (pattern free from Malabrigo) that is knit with one skein of Torzal.

A light and airy cowl that knits up quickly. The combination of simple stitches provides it with rhythm, volume and texture, perfect for highlighting the uniqueness of the Torzal 

Yarn: 
Torzal by Malabrigo, each approximately 50gr, 160yds / 146m 
(100% Superwash Merino Wool)
