I have been working on my second DRK Everyday Cardi in the store. I’m onto Yoke Section Two.
In this section you are doing one increase row where you increase at each edge of the sleeves, each edge of the back and the armhole edge of the fronts. On the next increase row you are only increasing at each edge of the back and the armhole edges of the fronts. There are no increases on the sleeve stitches. I put locking stitch markers at each side of the sleeves so I know not to increase here when the pattern says partial increase.
Our Crazy Beautiful Colors so far this year have been bold, bright, and color saturated, so this month we are lightening things up a bit! June 2025 is a lovely light speckling of our signature hot pinks, lime greens, and aqua blues! Pairs perfectly with some of our all time favorite semi-solids: Love Drunk, Be Hoppy, and Zuni.

It was a busy day here. Tuesday is dad’s birthday and we are hosting friends for dinner tomorrow evening. This afternoon we made lasagna. After lasagna we made dinner - chicken, rice and vegetables. Now the oven is full of muffins because dad is heading to Peterborough tomorrow. In between all this I tried to get rid of all the Jackson hair in the house. I will need to vacuum again tomorrow. I tried washing the floor but it didn’t go well with the dogs walking everywhere I cleaned. I will try again tomorrow. I love our dogs but I wish they could clean up after themselves.My tea is poured and Beth is about to start a movie. Welcome June!!!
