Andrea Mowry has a new hat pattern.
I’ve been wanting a brimmed Harlow for years, and I finally perfected it! Harlow Flip is totally reversible, with the brim matching the side it’s folded to thanks to syncopated brioche. Two hats for the price of one?? Sign me up! It is knit from the bottom up, in the round, using two color brioche.
You can purchase the pattern for Harlow Flip on Ravelry.
Andrea knit the hat with worsted weight yarn. Her samples use Spincycle Dyed in the Wool. Other yarn options include:
- Cascade 220 Superwash Merino
- Malabrigo Rios
- Noro Ito
- Noro Kureyon

I had a lot of errands to run today. I stopped in the store briefly to ship boxes and while I was there I put together this combination of Rios for the hat.Pisces is from the Zodiac Collection
There are so many colours of Rios to choose from which makes it a great choice for the hat.
Dad is pouring concrete in Peterborough tomorrow so we’re baking. Brownies are out of the oven and I’m about to make cookies. If he shows up without treats the guys will walk off the job 😘.
