Quickly through the show

When I walked from the hotel to the convention centre this morning I could see the show floor. Everyone was busy setting up for the 5pm opening. 

This is the Starbucks in the convention centre. I will be visiting tomorrow.

I then continued on to the Outlet Mall and lunch. From lunch I walked back to the hotel with the intention of knitting. Nope. I napped for an hour and then got myself together to head to the show.

I’m apologizing now for my lack of pictures from the show. I promise to do better tomorrow.

Here are the new colours from Freia. I’m not sure about the gold but the other colours are great. I will get more information on the new sock yarn. 

You can see the pretty boxes - I like the packaging for the new sock yarn. It will keep the balls in perfect condition.

Blue Sky Fibers has a beautiful new yarn for fall. I can’t tell you what it is and I can’t share pictures but we will be bringing it in in September when it’s available. There will be new Woolstok bundles and lots of new patterns. 

The Della Q booth was empty - UPS misplaced their boxes. They are hopeful to have it in the morning. From what I understand there will be 2 new bags for fall.

Madelinetosh is working on 2 new yarns. Again, a secret. 

I don’t like secrets. I knew that Soak is bringing out a new scent and Jacqueline told me about it at dinner last night. It’s going to be good - we’ll be able to share in August.

I hope to have many more pictures tomorrow. I quickly ran through the show to see friends. 

There was a lot of walking today and I’m tired. A quick dinner and then bed. It’s a big day tomorrow.
