Linen

Mr. UPS brought us a box today from Classic Elite with more colours of Fortuna.

Here is a cute new pattern, Sonki (you can purchase it on Ravelry), that is knit in Fortuna.
Stripes travel in all directions in this capsleeved cardigan with square neckline. The tone-on-tone shades of Fortuna and varying width stripes add nuance and depth to this summery cardigan.

Summery shades with a tone-on-tone dye effect.
58% linen
26% viscose
16% cotton

20-22 stitches = 4"

We have great colours in stock.

Nollie (pattern purchased on Ravelry) is a great summer shawl. You can always use one when dining out and the restaurant is freezing. Why do they always make it so cold?

Just three balls of tone-on-tone Fortuna are needed to make this striped and ridged triangle wrap. Begin with the leaf edging and decrease at the center and sides as you work up the center to the top.

Francine (pattern purchased on Ravelry)
A simple top worked in four rectangles of bias garter stitch.

You can also use Fortuna instead of Bella Lino. Talulah (pattern purchased on Ravelry) would look great in a tone on tone colour.
Why knit with Linen?
Not only can linen handle a lot of abuse but it actually gets nicer the more it’s worn and washed. Agitation will give you a softer piece. You don’t need to worry about felting or pilling.
It's almost time to head home and watch the Leafs. They have been very exciting so far.
