Boxes and boxes of sock yarn

Mr. Canada Post brought in 2 boxes of sock yarn this morning. The first was from Zen Yarn Garden. The yarn is on the website. The colour swatches aren't there yet (so I'm showing them all here) but should be soon.

There are three different yarns (all fingering), all available in the same colours.

Serenity 20
Serenity Glitter Sock
Serenity Silk Single

Andy Warhol

Arctic

Beach Fun

Boreal

Confetti

High Style

Irish Hills

Jewel

Aurora

Party Girl

Silhouette
Wild Orchid

The second box was full of Opal Sock Yarn.
We are well stocked on Sweet & Spicy right now. Sad news though - the supplier is sold out of some colours so when they're gone we can't get anymore. Don't delay.

There is a new shawl pattern in the store. I'm looking at this for our new KAL :)
Itineris - also available on Ravelry
Itineris (Latin for voyages) is a modern triangular wrap with a unique construction. The shawl is made up of three sections: a large triangle, a rectangular extension, and a smaller triangle to finish. The knitting will take you different routes while a graphic stripe sequence forms intersecting pathways along the side. Knit all in Garter Stitch with patterns and shaping that are easy to memorize, Itineris is a fun knit that results in a striking finished piece.
Knit in fingering weight yarn on 4mm needles. You need one skein of the contrast colour. The main colour is one or two skeins - it will depend on the yardage of the yarn that you choose.

My knitting didn't really progress last night. Maybe tonight :)
