Woodstock Fleece Festival

Yes, the blog has a new look. I decided to change things up last night. Click on 'Classes' at the top of the page to see what we are offering. Keep checking back because more classes will be added.

Mr. Canada Post brought in a box from Offhand Designs earlier today. I can't decide what colour I like the best-they are all great.

The Fleece Festival is coming up. I had better start packing!! Packing? I need to think about what I am going to take. :)
The Woodstock Fleece Festival is an annual event that invites fibre artists and others to join together in an atmosphere of appreciation, learning and camaraderie.  The show will incorporate workshops and demonstrations from top instructors.  Exhibition booths will be selling everything from raw fibre to quality finished goods.  It is also a great place to have lunch!
I went back through iPhoto and here are some pictures from last year's show. The animals were beautiful and will be there again this year.

Last week I talked about swatching for a project. I finished it last night and wrote the pattern this morning. It went to Beth to be proofread and to Cathy so that she can starting knitting it. This way she can find any mistakes that I made. All of a sudden it hit me this afternoon that I made a huge error when I wrote the pattern. It is correct now. The pattern will be sent out in a newsletter-hopefully by the end of the week.

It's almost home time and I have lots to do before I can leave. I'm going to hit Publish now and get my chores done. Have a great night!

i am thrilled that you are able to send me what i need!
i am working on a baby bunting bag in rainbow colours and ran out of the blue, and discovered that not many stores carry this yarn.
