Good Omen

Lynn and I did a very quick photo shoot today. Here is my Painting Waves. I dropped it off at Alex’s on the way home from work and she is going to block it for me. She does a beautiful job and it saves me time so that I can knit.

(Before anyone asks - I had a mask on while we were doing this - Lynn took hers off for a minute so we didn’t cover her face. I am anal about wearing my mask. I wear it when I go through the Tim’s drive thru.)

I will need a shawl pin when I am wearing this.

We were in the store later than expected because we were waiting for Ms. UPS. She is normally at the store by 9am on Monday so I was there by 8:30. It was a new driver today and she didn’t come until after 3. It was worth the wait. Meet Good Omen
Dream State above and Dyed in the Wool below. I didn’t take any home but I thought about it.
I will try and get this online tomorrow.

Joji has a new cowl pattern (you can purchase it on Ravelry). The cowl is knit in three colours of fingering weight yarn. Mini skeins would be great too.

Cowls… They are so fun to make, so warm to wear, yet taking photos of them is so hard… I hope you’ll approve of my creative styling, I just love the stitch pattern so much, I really wanted to show it off!

The Winter Trails Cowl was designed on the go…
There was a time last year when I needed something light and easy to carry with me, and I really wanted to play with these 3 colors. It is worked in the round using stripes and a very easy mosaic stitch pattern.

I didn’t/couldn’t blog yesterday because I was busy knitting. Sleeve #2 of my Spark Cardi is growing. I could be joining the sleeves to the body by the weekend.

Beautiful shawls! It looks like your snow is gone already. We are getting snow right now in southwest
Wisconsin.
