Aurealis

Aurealis is inspired by starry night skies. This easy top down and seamless circular yoke sweater pattern comes with options for short sleeve, long sleeve with ribbed cuff, or long sleeve with colorwork cuff. Instructions for your choice of ribbed or rolled neckline are included too. This design makes for beginner friendly colorwork because the yoke motif is not complex and just 2 colors of yarn are necessary. At a gauge that works well with DK or worsted weight yarn, Aurealis works up quickly. Have fun with a contrasting gradient yarn, create your own gradient with stash yarn, or simplify with 2 solid colors.

Jenn Steingass has a new pattern - meet Aurealis (pattern purchased on Ravelry).

Take a look at this finished sweater on Ravelry - it is knit by a customer of the store. She used Arranmore Light and Dyed in the Wool. The sweater is gorgeous.

I put some combinations together before leaving the store this afternoon.

Corcoran and The Meadows
Mailin Head and Ruination
Odhran and Summer Love
Ailis and The Family Jewels
Ailis and Wallflower
River Esque and Shades of Earth
River Esque and Wallflower
Every time I walk by the sock yarn I keep thinking about colours that would look great for Luverne.
Aloha
Lush
Little Sister
That's What She Said
Fig
Ocean Flight
Mythical
Mermaids

Annette shared a picture of her finished Nightshift. She used Noro Ito. Thanks for sharing Annette - your shawl looks beautiful.
Fun to knit. Used Noro #19 and #20. Love the colours.
