Knitters' Fair 2019

Wannietta, Lynn and Sarah looked awesome in their new sweaters. We could only wear them until noon because it was very warm in the arena.

Wannietta and Sarah are wearing Joji's Understated and Lynn (and I) are wearing Caitlin Hunter's Guthrie.

Wannietta and Lynn used Hedgehog Merino DK. Sarah used Primrose Vintage DK and my sweater uses both.
Thanks ladies for all your help and for getting your sweaters finished. Wannietta was still knitting her sleeves on Friday and Lynn sewed my final ends in on Friday night.

Thank you to Cathy for working in the store. And a big thank you to Beth for helping with all the heavy lifting.
We had a great day at the Fair visiting with old friends and making new ones. Thank you to all the people who put in many, many hours organizing the show.
I want to point out the Navelli that is on the tall mannequin. Linda knit this and let us borrow it for the show. She didn't like the neckline of the sweater so she changed it to a round neck. She also made her sleeves a bit longer. The other Navelli is our store sample and will be hanging this week. Lynn wore it in the afternoon and it is very cute on. I'll get pictures this week.

Tomorrow we unpack the van and try to get the store in order. This afternoon it's all about knitting.
We've picked out our project for the Woodstock Fleece Festival and Wannietta has already started. What are we making? Stay tuned.
