Cashmere

Churchmouse Yarns has reknit their Inside Outside Cowl using Rowan Cashmere Haze. You can purchase the pattern on Ravelry or we have copies in the store.
With some very simple knitting (and a little fussy finishing) you’ll have an Inside Outside Cowl—double-layered, totally seamless, utterly reversible, and very versatile! Knit half-and-half in two different colors, you can wear this two-tone cowl with either color out, or shift it halfway to show some of each.
We chose soft, silky, fluffy Rowan Cashmere Haze for this version of the Inside Outside Cowl. This lace-weight yarn is a blend of cashmere, mulberry silk, and baby alpaca with a gentle, fuzzy halo. And its ethereal palette of airy pastels and classic neutrals gives us many choices for beautiful color-blocking!

Taking inspiration from our ever-popular Kidsilk Haze, Cashmere Haze is an exquisite blend of 40% baby alpaca, 30% cashmere and 30% silk creates a fluffy, lightweight yarn which is available in a timeless range of neutrals. The white core also creates a beautiful mélange effect in our darker shades.
These garments are from Rowan Magazine #66 - Focus.
The Rowan Magazine has an exciting new look! It consists of two separate publications - the main Rowan Magazine and Rowan Focus, both of which come together to create the new look, bound together with a Rowan wrap. You can choose to have one or the other, or indeed both!
Bookbound is a collection of classic yet modern, timeless knitwear for men and women, photographed in the historic university town of Cambridge and using Rowan’s best loved yarns.
Rowan Focus - Natural Fibres is a collection of 15 designs by Lisa Richardson shining the spotlight on Rowan's new yarns, Cashmere Haze and Island Blend.
You can purchase the whole magazine or each publication separately.

I can't believe I'm quoting UPS.com but it says that our package from Spincycle is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I have it in my head that we will see the box on Tuesday and if the big brown truck comes tomorrow it will be a bonus.

We should see the new colours of Donegal Cottage Tweed Sock next week. I can't wait! I need this colour. Right now I think I want to knit Navelli. I will share pictures of two Navellis tomorrow. Wannietta is knitting one for the store and Alex is knitting one for herself.

The cowl and shawl are so gorgeous! The yarn just looks scrumptious! I can almost feel it through the screen.
