madelinetosh

I really tried to write a blog post last night. I was in the store for almost 12 hours yesterday and couldn't come up with a thought (good or bad) to write when I got home. I have started a blog post talking about our 25 years but I'm trying to find some pictures of the early years to add in to it.

The storage unit is full of madelinetosh. 26 boxes arrived today. I will start going through it on Monday (I'm kind of busy in the store right now with the sale) and we will have it here sometime next week.

Here are the new colours and the yarns they are coming in. Madelinetosh was out of vintage when our order was shipped. Hopefully we will be receiving some in September.

Did you know that there is a new season of Top Chef Masters? And there is a Canadian chef on this time-Lynn Crawford.  We missed the first two episodes but watched them online so we're caught up for 10pm tonight. It's another busy TV night. Big Brother at 8 and Master Chef at 9. I've been working on Aileen (the brown vest) for the past few evenings and get to start the armholes tonight. I'm excited. I really want it done because if it works out there are a few colours of pashmina worsted that I'm looking at for another one.

I totally forgot - the road construction hasn't reached us yet. When I see where they were late this afternoon I don't think it will be to us tomorrow either.

I LOVE some of those colors - the pink/reds, the greens....
