Two Direction Scarf

I need to stop looking at patterns. It is getting harder and harder to choose. How many projects are going to end up in my suitcase?
One of my all time favourite yarns, Liberty Wool from Classic Elite, has two new colours and three new patterns. I love this colour and love this scarf. Perfect airplane knitting.
A simple scarf worked in two halves with each half showing the stripes of Liberty Wool differently. The first half is a long strip of garter stitch. The second half is picked up along edge of garter stitch half and worked in a wide rib.

It is a free pattern that we can give out when you buy Liberty Wool.

Here are the other patterns-also free when you purchase the yarn.

Diagonal Striped Scarf
Worked with a double decrease in the center and a yarn over at the edges, the six row stripes slant toward the center. A point is worked at each end of the scarf.

Striping the printed colors leads to unique color combinations. Choose two printed colors without any colors in common to avoid "muddy" sections where the stripes won't show clearly.

3 balls each:
A - 7820 Faded Brocade
B - 7821 Caribbean Tidepool
January Baby Cardigan
A cardigan for babies with a faux cable detail on the hem, cuffs and button band and matching hood.
3 (3, 4, 5) balls 7820 Faded Brocade
SIZES: 6 months (12 months, 2-3 years, 4 years). Shown in size 12 months.
MEASUREMENTS: Chest: 19½ (21¼, 22¾, 25¼)
Length: 9½ (10, 11, 12½)"
Kim came to work yesterday wearing another Shoulder Cozy. She is kind of addicted. Or is it obsessed?
This time she used 3 balls of Classic Elite Portland Tweed and 3 balls of Rowan Kidsilk Haze.

She double stranded the Kidsilk Haze to give it a bit more fluff. It kind of looks like she used a strand of angora.

We are busy unpacking. Three huge boxes of Sirdar yarns and patterns have arrived.

In my opinion Sirdar makes some of the best baby patterns out there. And they aren't just for baby-they go from newborn to 7 years.

We have new colours in Baby Crofter, Smiley Stripes, Snuggly DK and Snuggly 4ply.

Baby Bamboo has four new colours. This has been a hugely popular yarn for us. And it isn't just for babies. It knits to a true double knitting weight - 22 stitches = 4" on 4mm needles.

Scooby Blue is actually a pale green. Not sure who named the colours.
I forgot to bring Fifty One Shades of Grey with me so no pictures. It is growing a bit. Not a lot which has me starting to worry. My vow of no work and only knitting last night didn't happen. Maybe tonight.

All of those look like fun. The concept of that first scarf intrigues me. I have so many types of yarn that would be fun to use for that. The baby sweater is lovely, too.
